Two Roman Legionaries Interview

Here is the cringeworthy news piece and interview about the donation of my painting to the Grosvenor Museum. It was a good learning process. My interview was filmed at the Cubby Hole and there are shots of the exhibition I had there. The other gentleman is Peter Boughton, Master of Art for Cheshire. The whole thing was concieved and produced by a journalism student at John Moores University, Liverpool.

Mark, you come out very well. I struggled to see the connection between the painting and "Brief Encounter", but I think that might be down to the linking in the video. The video itself, however, is fairly poor.

The narrator's voice isn't really suitable for the task (I'm guessing that was the student who put the video together?) and they've no concept of linking properly - why didn't the music fade in, or play throughout that section? Most cringeworthy, however, is the misspelling of poor Peter's name!

Agreed, but learning and improving is why students are students.

Wonderful! Thank you for sharing this interview with us. It's wonderful to see and hear you speak about your work, and to see it within the gallery venue. I'm even more impressed (if that's possible) by what you've accomplished as an artist and know that this is just the tip of the iceberg. Kudos!

Thanks for the comments everyone! It's amazing how difficult questions become to answer when you have a camera pointing at you.
